This is a wonderful book for continuing the practice of self-inquiry. For those want to begin a practice of self-inquiry, I highly recommend it as well.  In very simple language and in short chapters, each of which could be used as a practice, Gangaji delivers the truth of who you are and all the obstacles that we create to obscure that truth.

With crystal clarity and deep insight the seeker is led to find for him/herself the truth of their own being.  Of the many spiritual books that I have read over the last 25 years, I found this one especially speaking to the part of me that has been aware of something beyond my conscious understanding and yet the source of all.
