Description:
This summer we're taking a bit of time off for "solo free choice" reading, and then meeting again in September to discuss Ruth Ozeki's novel: A Tale for the Time Being. Three women in two families, one in Japan, one in British Columbia are linked together in this story after a Hello Kitty lunch box and it's mysterious contents wash up on the shore of an island in the Pacific Northwest.
